Hr Executive And Recruiter

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruitment & Onboarding Manage hiring for workers & staff, onboarding, and induction.
• Payroll & Attendance – Ensure accurate salary processing, leave tracking, and attendance management.
• Compliance & Labor Laws – Handle PF, ESI, Factory Act, Contract Labor Act, and other statutory compliances.
• Employee Relations & Grievance Handling – Maintain a positive work environment, resolve disputes, and manage disciplinary actions.
• Worker Welfare & Safety – Implement HR policies, safety protocols, and welfare programs.
• Training & Development – Organize skill development and training sessions for workers.
• HR Documentation & Reports – Maintain employee records, MIS reports, and compliance-related documents.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

• [3] years of experience in factory/manufacturing HR roles
• Strong knowledge of labor laws, statutory compliance, and payroll management
• Experience in handling blue-collar workforce 
• Proficiency in MS Excel, HRMS software, and documentation
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
