As a Business Development Associate at Codemonk, you will play a key role in expanding our business by identifying and pursuing new opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and supporting strategic sales initiatives. This role is ideal for an ambitious individual who is passionate about sales, technology, and IT consulting.
Identify, qualify, and engage potential clients through cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to understand their needs and propose tailored IT solutions.
Prepare and deliver impactful sales pitches, presentations, and product demos to prospective clients.
Assist in developing and executing sales and go-to-market strategies to meet revenue targets.
Collaborate with technical and delivery teams to craft project proposals, estimations, and customized solutions.
Maintain detailed records of all leads, communications, and activities in CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot).
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth handoff and client satisfaction throughout the sales cycle.
Manage the end-to-end sales process — from initial outreach to deal closure, including negotiation and follow-up.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum 6 months of experience in business development or sales, preferably in IT consulting or software services.
Demonstrated success in lead generation, qualification, and conversion.
Excellent communication and presentation skills — both written and verbal.
Proficiency with CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong technical acumen and understanding of IT services and consulting solutions.
Prior experience in pre-sales, proposal creation, and negotiation is a plus.
