Key Responsibilities:
1. Assist the sales team in managing leads, scheduling meetings, and coordinating client communications.
2. Prepare and maintain sales reports, presentations, and dashboards for management review.
3. Update and manage CRM systems to ensure accuracy of customer and pipeline data.
4. Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely order processing, invoicing, and delivery.
5. Follow up with clients to support lead conversion and improve customer experience.
6. Monitor sales targets and provide regular reminders and updates to the team.
7. Support the creation of proposals, quotations, and contracts as required.
8. Handle client queries and escalate issues to the concerned sales representatives or managers.
9. Contribute to improving sales processes and workflows for greater efficiency.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
2. 2–3 years of experience in sales coordination, sales support, or a related role.
3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); knowledge of CRM tools preferred.
5. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
6. Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach.
