We’re looking for a proactive Inside Sales Executive to join our growing team in Hyderabad.
If you enjoy talking to prospects, nurturing leads, and closing deals over calls & email/WhatsApp – this role is for you.
📍 Location: Hyderabad
🏡 Work Mode: Hybrid (office + work-from-home)
⏰ Shift Timing: 2:00 PM – 12:00 AM (IST)
🧑💻 Role Type: Full-time
Handle inbound & outbound calls with potential customers/prospects.
Understand customer needs and pitch our services/products clearly and confidently.
Follow up on leads via calls, WhatsApp, and email to drive conversions.
Maintain and update lead status in CRM/Excel/lead tracker.
Work closely with the marketing & operations team to improve lead quality and conversion.
Share regular daily/weekly reports on calls, leads, and closures.
Experience: 0–3 years in inside sales / telesales / customer-facing roles
Language: Strong communication skills in English + Hindi/Telugu (spoken English is important)
Comfortable working in a 2 PM – 12 AM IST shift (overlapping with international clients/time zones).
Basic knowledge of Google Sheets / Excel / CRM tools is a plus.
Highly self-motivated, target-driven, and organized.
Freshers with excellent communication and high confidence are also encouraged to apply.
