Make outbound calls to potential customers to introduce products or services. 2. Answer inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries. 3. Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies. 4. Document and update customer records based on interactions. 5. Achieve daily call quotas and sales targets as assigned. 6. Follow communication scripts and protocols during calls. 7. Build sustainable relationships and trust with customers through open and interactive communication. 8. Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate department. Requirements 1. Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills. 2. Strong active listening abilities. 3. Persuasion and negotiation skills. 4.
