tellecaller: Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential clients from provided databases or leads.

Introduce and explain ERP software features, benefits, and advantages.

Understand client requirements and pitch relevant ERP modules.

Schedule product demos and follow up with leads regularly.

Maintain records of calls, follow-ups, and outcomes in CRM.

Collaborate with sales and technical teams for smooth handovers.

Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets.
