Business Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct through market research and competitor analysis to identify business trends and opportunities.
• Collaborate with the sales team to identify leads and potential business opportunities.
• Analyse sales data, track performance, and provide strategic recommendations for growth.
• Create and deliver impactful presentations and reports for client meetings.
• Assist with client onboarding to ensure seamless integration and support relationship management efforts.
• Facilitate cross-functional communication and support team management initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, CRM software, and data visualization tools.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
