Key Responsibilities:

Conduct through market research and competitor analysis to identify business trends and opportunities.
Collaborate with the sales team to identify leads and potential business opportunities.
Analyse sales data, track performance, and provide strategic recommendations for growth.
Create and deliver impactful presentations and reports for client meetings.
Assist with client onboarding to ensure seamless integration and support relationship management efforts.
Facilitate cross-functional communication and support team management initiatives.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, CRM software, and data visualization tools.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
