Job Summary: Customer Support
We are looking for a customer-focused and proactive Customer Support Executive to handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive customer experience. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, patience, and a problem-solving attitude.
Key Responsibilities
Respond to customer queries via phone, email, chat, or social media
Provide accurate information about products/services
Resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner
Escalate complex issues to the relevant department when needed
Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction
Meet performance metrics such as response time and resolution rate
Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (preferred but not mandatory)
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Good problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities
Basic computer knowledge (CRM tools, MS Office, etc.)
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
Customer-oriented mindset with a positive attitude
