Key Responsibilities: • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally. • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat (according to process). • Provide accurate information about products and services. • Resolve complaints and ensure customer satisfaction. • Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions. • Escalate unresolved issues to the concerned department. Key Skills & Competencies: • Average to Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills. • Clear pronunciation with no sound errors. • Strong English communication. • Confident speaking ability without fumbling or stammering. • Customer-focused approach and target-driven attitude. • Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Qualification: • Undergraduate / 12th Pass / Any Graduate can apply. Requirements: • Minimum 6 months of experience in International BPO Support preferred. • Male & Female both. • Age: Under 35 years can eligible.
