Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

· Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.

· Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat (according to process).

· Provide accurate information about products and services.

· Resolve complaints and ensure customer satisfaction.

· Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions.

· Escalate unresolved issues to the concerned department.

 

Key Skills & Competencies:

· Average to Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills.

· Clear pronunciation with no sound errors.

· Confident speaking ability without fumbling or stammering.

· Customer-focused approach and target-driven attitude.

· Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Qualification:

· 12th Pass / Under Graduate or any Graduate.

· Not Eligible Qualifications (): LLB, BA LLB (Pursuing).
