Education & Experience Education:
MBA or equivalent qualification in Sales & Marketing.
Experience: Minimum of 2+ years in sales / marketing with proven client onboarding and business development exposure. Key Responsibilities
Drive business development through client visits, field sales, and proactive lead generation.
Onboard new clients and ensure smooth integration into the company’s portfolio.
Develop and execute sales & marketing strategies to expand market presence and achieve revenue targets.
Engage and build relationships with agencies, brands, and corporate clients for long term partnerships.
Conduct market research & development activities to identify new opportunities and innovative approaches in media sales. Achieve and exceed sales targets by expanding the client base and strengthening existing accounts. Candidate Requirements Strong background in the media industry with hands-on experience in sales and marketing.
Prior experience in onboarding media clients and handling agency/brand accounts.
Exposure to research & development teams in sales/marketing functions.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for client-facing roles.
Young professionals preferred.
