Key Responsibilities
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, social media and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates according to client requirements.
- Conduct initial telephonic interviews and candidate screening.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Understand job requirements and communicate them clearly to candidates.
- Achieve daily and monthly recruitment targets.
- Maintain professional relationships with candidates and clients.
Required Skills
- Good communication skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets
- Good interpersonal and convincing skills
- Ability to work with recruitment targets
