Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Business Analyst / Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for gathering business requirements, analyzing processes, managing cross-functional teams, and ensuring timely delivery of projects. This hybrid role requires strong analytical skills along with excellent project planning and stakeholder management capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Analysis:

Gather, document, and analyze business requirements from stakeholders.

Translate requirements into clear functional specifications and workflows.

Identify gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for process improvements.

Create BRDs, SRS documents, user stories, and use cases.

Conduct market research and data analysis to support business decisions.

Project Management:

Plan, execute, and manage end-to-end project lifecycle.

Develop project timelines, milestones, and deliverables.

Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Tech, Product, Marketing, QA, etc.).

Conduct regular project review meetings and ensure timely completion.

Manage project risks, issues, and escalations proactively.

Ensure all project documentation is updated and maintained.

Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Management, or a related field.

Proven experience as a Business Analyst, Project Manager, or similar role.

Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Proficiency in tools like JIRA, Trello, Asana, MS Excel, and MS Office.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Strong communication, documentation, and stakeholder management abilities.

Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Preferred Skills:

Experience working with product or tech teams.

Knowledge of data visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau.

Basic understanding of SQL or data analysis (optional).

Certifications like CBAP, PMP, Scrum Master (a plus).
