Role Overview
We are seeking a results-driven EV Business Manager to lead sales and business expansion
across assigned states. This role is primarily focused on driving revenue growth through the
sale of EV infrastructure, developing strong market presence, and building long-term client
relationships.
The ideal candidate will combine strong sales acumen with an entrepreneurial mindset to scale
business in a rapidly evolving industry.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
● Drive sales of EV charging infrastructure across assigned states.
● Identify and develop new business opportunities across B2B segments including real
estate developers, commercial establishments, fleet operators, and government entities
● Own the end-to-end sales cycle—from lead generation to deal closure
● Achieve and exceed revenue targets and business KPIs
Market Expansion
● Develop and execute state-level go-to-market strategies
● Build a strong pipeline of prospects and partnerships
● Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to refine sales
strategies
Client & Relationship Management
● Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers
● Deliver compelling product presentations and proposals
● Negotiate contracts and ensure successful deal closures
Collaboration & Execution
● Work closely with internal teams (product, operations, and leadership) to ensure
seamless project execution
● Provide customer feedback to improve product offerings and service delivery
● Support post-sales coordination to ensure high customer satisfaction
Key Requirements
● experience in sales/business development (preferably in EV, energy,
infrastructure, or related sectors)
● Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
● Strong understanding of B2B sales and regional market dynamics
● Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
● Willingness to travel extensively within assigned states
● Self-driven, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently
Preferred Qualifications
● Experience in EV ecosystem, renewable energy, or infrastructure sales
● Existing network in real estate, commercial, or fleet segments
● Familiarity with government tenders and institutional sales processes
