Key Responsibilities

• Generate and convert quality leads.

• Build and maintain client relationships.

• Plan and execute marketing campaigns.

• Conduct market research and competitor analysis.

• Manage CRM, sales pipeline, and follow-ups.

• Achieve monthly sales targets.

• Coordinate with internal teams for campaign execution.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Management, or a related field (Preferred).

• 1–2 Years of Experience in Sales, Marketing, or Business Development.

• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

• Experience in Client Relationship Management and Lead Generation.

• Knowledge of CRM Tools, Digital Marketing, and Marketing Campaigns.

• Ability to work in a target-oriented environment.

• Immediate joiners will be preferred.
