Marketing Executive

We are looking for a hands-on Marketing & Growth Manager who can plan, execute, and manage all marketing activities for Unyfer. This role is execution-focused, not just strategy. You will be responsible for driving user acquisition, engagement, and retention through email marketing, in-app notifications, campaigns, and growth experiments.

You’ll work closely with the founder and product team to turn features into growth.

Key Responsibilities

📢 Marketing Execution

• Plan and execute marketing campaigns for app growth

• Send marketing emails (onboarding, feature updates, announcements, re-engagement)

• Create and manage in-app notifications & push notifications

• Segment users and personalize messaging

🚀 Growth & User Engagement

• Improve user onboarding and activation

• Increase app engagement and retention

• Plan campaigns for creators and communities

• Run experiments to improve conversions (A/B testing, messaging tests)

📊 Analytics & Reporting

• Track performance of campaigns (open rates, CTR, conversions, retention)

• Analyze user behavior and suggest improvements

• Share weekly performance reports and insights

🧠 Strategy & Planning

• Create monthly marketing plans

• Align marketing with product launches

• Identify new growth opportunities and channels

🤝 Collaboration

• Work with developers to implement notifications and tracking

• Coordinate with design for creatives when needed

• Provide feedback from users to the product team

Required Skills & Experience

• Experience in app marketing, growth marketing, or digital marketing

• Hands-on experience with:

  • Email marketing tools

  • Push notifications / in-app messaging

• Strong understanding of:

  • User funnels

  • Retention & engagement metrics

  • Growth experiments

• Ability to write clear, engaging marketing copy

• Comfortable working with data and analytics

• Strong communication and ownership mindset

Nice to Have

• Experience marketing mobile apps or SaaS products

• Experience with creator platforms or communities

• Knowledge of marketing automation tools

• Experience working in startups or early-stage products
