Growth Marketing Manager

At Stance, we're redefining sports rehabilitation and active healthcare through technology, performance science, and community-driven care. We're looking for a hands-on Growth Marketing Manager who can drive customer acquisition across both digital and offline channels while coordinating with internal teams and external agencies.

What You'll Do

Digital Growth & Performance Marketing

• Plan, launch, and optimize Meta Ads campaigns
• Manage Google Ads (Search & Local)
• Improve lead quality, CPL, and conversion rates
• Optimize marketing funnels and retargeting campaigns
• Coordinate landing page improvements
• Analyze campaign performance and prepare reports
• Support Instagram growth, local SEO, and organic marketing initiatives

Offline Growth & Activations

• Execute workshops, community events, and local activations
• Build partnerships with gyms, corporates, and running communities
• Coordinate with agencies, vendors, and external partners
• Drive offline lead-generation initiatives

Team & Agency Coordination

• Coordinate a growth team of 2–3 members
• Work closely with designers, content creators, and operations
• Manage external agencies and freelancers
• Build marketing processes, workflows, and reporting systems

Growth & Experimentation

• Test new acquisition channels and growth ideas
• Develop scalable marketing systems and SOPs
• Collaborate with founders on campaigns, launches, and growth experiments

What We're Looking For

4–6 years of experience in Growth or Performance Marketing
Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads
Practical understanding of SEO and organic growth
Experience with offline marketing, events, partnerships, or activations
Ability to manage multiple projects with strong ownership and execution skills
Startup, agency, D2C, healthcare, fitness, wellness, or consumer brand experience is preferred
Experience with performance marketing agencies such as Sokrati, Schbang, FoxyMoron, or similar is an advantage
