Job Description:
We are looking for a proactive and target-driven Business Development Executive to manage end-to-end sales activities for our IT services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, nurturing prospects, closing deals, and maintaining long-term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn, and other channels
Handle end-to-end sales cycle: lead generation → requirement understanding → proposal → negotiation → closure
Pitch IT services such as Web Development, Mobile Apps, Software Development, Digital Marketing, and IT Consulting
Build and maintain strong relationships with domestic and international clients
Prepare proposals, quotations, and service agreements
Coordinate with technical and delivery teams for project scoping and execution
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Maintain CRM records and provide regular sales reports
Attend client meetings, demos, and follow-ups
