Business Development Manager (BDM)

Location: Indrapuri, Bhopal

Salary: ₹40,000 per month

Experience Required: 2–5 years

Navraj Education NGO is focused on providing technical training and skill development programs to empower individuals and enhance employability.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement business development strategies to promote technical training programs

Identify and build partnerships with institutions, companies, and stakeholders

Generate leads and convert them into enrollments for training programs

Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends

Maintain relationships with clients and partners

Coordinate with internal teams for program execution and delivery

Achieve monthly and quarterly targets

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field

2–5 years of experience in business development, preferably in education or training sector

Strong communication and negotiation skills

Ability to work independently and meet targets

Basic understanding of technical training programs is a plus

Preferred Skills:

Networking and relationship-building

Sales and marketing strategy

Presentation and reporting skills
