Role Description: We are hiring a Business Development Manager (BDM) – IT Sales with hands-on experience in B2B sales, IT SaaS sales, software sales, cold calling, corporate sales, lead generation, and email marketing. This is a full-time, on-site role, and only candidates attending walk-in interviews will be considered. The role focuses on generating leads, converting prospects into clients, and driving IT and software sales revenue. Key Responsibilities: ● Identify, approach, and convert potential clients through B2B and corporate sales channels. ● Drive IT SaaS, software, and IT solution sales via cold calling, email campaigns, and networking. ● Generate and manage sales leads, maintain pipeline, and report on progress regularly. ● Develop strategies for client acquisition and retention. ● Collaborate with internal teams to understand products and deliver tailored solutions. ● Maintain accurate sales records and forecasts. ● Attend walk-in client meetings and demos as required.
