Setindiabiz is hiring a Team Leader – B2B Sales with a minimum of 2 years of team handling experience to lead and manage a team of Outbound Sales Executives. The role involves lead generation, client interaction, sales conversion, and team performance management for services such as GST Registration, Company Incorporation, Trademark Registration, and Legal Compliance.
Graduate in any discipline
Minimum 2 years of experience in team handling within B2B Outbound Sales
Lead and mentor the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets
Monitor calling activities, lead generation, and sales conversions
Conduct virtual client meetings in a professional manner
Train and guide team members to improve sales performance
Ensure smooth coordination within the team and achievement of business goals
Strong communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi
Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills
Good understanding of B2B sales and client relationship management
Target-oriented mindset with the ability to work under pressure
Monday to Saturday (Sunday Off)
Timing: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
Salary: ₹40,000 – ₹50,000 per month (No bar for deserving candidates)
