Facility Manager (FM) – Darkstore Hub
Role Overview
We are looking for an energetic and detail-oriented Facility Manager (FM) to lead the day-to-day operations of our Darkstore Hub. The FM will be responsible for ensuring seamless pickup and delivery coordination, managing a ground team, and maintaining high service quality and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
1. Order Coordination

Assign pickups and deliveries to riders at zone level, slot-wise.

Ensure daily completion of tasks as per schedule.
2. Hub Operations Management

Oversee darkstore operations including:
-
Cloth sorting
-
Ironing flow
-
Packing
-
Dispatch
-
Implement and monitor the token arrangement system and quality of ironing.

Supervise zone-wise delivery section activities.
3. Team Leadership
-
Conduct daily briefings and morning calls with ironers and delivery executives.
-
Track attendance and manage weekly rosters for riders and ironers.

Drive team motivation and enforce performance standards.
4. Performance Monitoring

Own KPIs related to:
-
Timely dispatch
-
Service quality
-
Turnaround time (TAT)
-
Report daily operational metrics and escalate delays or issues.
5. Customer & Zone Handling

Understand local zones and routes for optimized planning.
-
Address and resolve on-ground customer complaints and escalations promptly.
What We're Looking For
Experience
-
1–3 years of experience in last-mile logistics or ground operations (darkstores, delivery hubs, or similar environments).

Prior experience managing a team of 10+ people.
Skills & Competencies

Strong leadership and communication skills.

Hands-on approach with a problem-solving mindset.

Familiarity with route planning and basic technology tools.
