About the Role

We are looking for experienced BDM/BDE professionals who specialize in Upwork, Guru, and Freelancer platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating quality leads, winning projects, and building long-term client relationships through effective bidding and proposal strategies.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and bid on relevant projects on Upwork, Guru, and Freelancer
Create and submit customized, high-quality proposals
Communicate with international clients to understand requirements
Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, from lead generation to project closure
Negotiate pricing, timelines, and scope of work
Maintain accurate records in CRM systems
Coordinate with internal teams for project handover and execution
Build and nurture long-term client relationships

Required Skills & Experience

1–6 years of proven experience on Upwork, Guru, and Freelancer
Strong understanding of bidding strategies and proposal writing
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
Experience in IT services sales (Web, Mobile, Digital Marketing, Software) preferred
Target-driven, self-motivated, and result-oriented
