Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business
Development Manager to join our dynamic team in the Gems and Jewellery
industry. As a Business DevelopmentExecutive, you will be responsible for

client base. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in sales,
excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of the Gems and
Jewellery industry.
Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement strategic business development
plans to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth.

within the Gems and Jewellery industry.
3. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing
clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business.

6. Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations to

7. Negotiate and close deals with clients, ensuring

customer feedback to identify areas for improvement.
9. Provide regular reports and updates to the management
team on sales performance, market insights, and business development
activities.
10. Stay up-to-date with industry developments, attend trade
shows, conferences, and networking events to expand professional network and
generate leads.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing,
or a related field.
2. Proven track record of successful sales and business
development in the Gems and Jewellery industry.
3. Strong knowledge of Gems and Jewellery products, market
trends, and industry dynamics.
4. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation
skills.
5. Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with
clients and key stakeholders.
6. Self-motivated, target-oriented, and results-driven
mindset.
7. Willingness to travel as required.
