About Us

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with qualified luxury buyers and deliver an exceptional on-site experience that reflects the project’s exclusivity.
  • Conduct curated site visits — ensure every detail (hospitality, briefing, environment) matches the brand’s premium positioning.
  • Build personalized client relationships by understanding deeper needs, aspirations, and decision motivators.
  • Present project features and investment value confidently and elegantly — not as a sale, but as a lifestyle upgrade.
  • Coordinate with the Pre-Sales and Project Head to ensure a seamless client journey from inquiry to booking.
  • Manage negotiations gracefully — maintain balance between client expectations and developer interests.
  • Ensure complete documentation and accuracy during booking and agreement stages.
  • Maintain CRM discipline — update visit logs, follow-up schedules, and closure status daily.
  • Follow-up strategically with genuine empathy, ensuring consistent communication and high recall.


Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Fluent in English, Hindi, and Odia with impeccable communication and grooming.
  • Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in premium real estate / luxury retail / hospitality / HNI client servicing.
  • Polished presentation skills with strong emotional intelligence.
  • Professional integrity with an eye for detail and service excellence.
  • CRM & documentation proficiency; disciplined with follow-ups and reporting.
