Job Summary:
 We are seeking an experienced and result-driven Business Development Manager to drive revenue growth, expand market presence, and build strong client relationships. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in sales, strategic planning, and achieving business targets.

 Key Responsibilities:
 • Identify and develop new business opportunities
 • Generate leads and convert prospects into long-term clients
 • Develop and implement strategic sales plans
 • Build and maintain strong client relationships
 • Conduct market research and competitor analysis
 • Lead negotiations and close high-value deals
 • Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets
 • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 4+ years of experience in Business Development / Sales

• Strong communication and negotiation skills

• Proven track record of achieving sales targets

• Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work independently and lead a team

• Strong analytical and strategic thinking ability
