Job Description:

Oriental Outsourcing Consultants Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a skilled and experienced MERN Stack Developer with expertise in Node.js, Express.js, MongoDB, Mongoose, and React.js. The ideal candidate will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining our web applications, ensuring optimal performance and user experience. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions that align with our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop RESTful APIs using Node.js and Express.js.
• Build and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable code.
• Develop robust back-end components to enhance performance and scalability.
• Integrate front-end elements with server-side logic.
• Design and implement data storage solutions using MongoDB and Mongoose.
• Develop responsive and interactive user interfaces using React.js.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other developers to deliver high-quality software solutions.
• Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
• Troubleshoot and debug applications, ensuring optimal performance.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to improve development processes.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer or in a similar role.
• Strong proficiency in Node.js and Express.js.
• In-depth knowledge of MongoDB and Mongoose.
• Experience in developing user interfaces with React.js.
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs, web services, and front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
• Understanding of version control systems (e.g., Git).
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts clearly.
• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with front-end frameworks such as Redux or Next.js.
• Familiarity with containerization technologies like Docker.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
• Understanding of Agile methodologies and best practices.
