MERN Stack Developer

Job Description:

We are looking for a highly skilled MERN Stack Developer to join our dynamic team at Designdot, New Delhi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building scalable web applications, maintaining existing projects, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, test, and deploy high-quality web applications using MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js.

• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code.

• Integrate RESTful APIs and third-party services.

• Work closely with UI/UX designers to implement responsive and user-friendly interfaces.

• Debug and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.

• Collaborate with team members to define, design, and ship new features.

• Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience as a MERN Stack Developer.

• Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3.

• Solid understanding of MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js.

• Experience with Git/GitHub version control.

• Knowledge of RESTful APIs and web services integration.

• Familiarity with state management libraries (Redux/Context API).

• Strong problem-solving skills and debugging abilities.

• Ability to work independently as well as in a team.

Preferred Skills (Good to Have):

• Experience with TypeScript.

• Knowledge of Next.js or other frameworks.

• Understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).

• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
