Mern Stack Developer

About the Role

We are looking for a passionate and skilled MERN Stack Developer with strong expertise in Node.js / Nest.js, React.js / Next.js, and PostgreSQL. The ideal candidate should be capable of building scalable APIs, modern UIs, and working with relational databases efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and maintain scalable REST APIs using Node.js or Nest.js.
• Build responsive and user-friendly interfaces using React.js or Next.js.
• Write clean, reusable, and optimized code following industry best practices.
• Work with PostgreSQL for schema design, query optimization, and migrations.
• Collaborate with designers, product teams, and developers to deliver high-quality features.
• Conduct code reviews and help maintain coding standards.
• Debug, troubleshoot, and enhance existing applications.
  
  

  Required Skills

  • Proficiency in Node.js and/or Nest.js.
  • Strong knowledge of React.js or Next.js.
  • Good understanding of JavaScript, TypeScript, and modern ES standards.
  • Experience with PostgreSQL, including joins, indexing, and performance tuning.
  • Familiarity with RESTful services and API integrations.
  • Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and basic DevOps concepts.

  Good to Have

  • Experience with AWS or other cloud environments.
  • Understanding of microservices architecture.
  • Experience with caching (Redis), queues (BullMQ), or authentication strategies (JWT, OAuth).
  • Knowledge of UI libraries such as ShadeCn Ui or Tailwind CSS.
