MERN Stack Developer

Job Description:

Are you a passionate and experienced full-stack  Developer who loves building robust and user-friendly web applications? We are seeking a talented individual to join our team and contribute to the development of cutting-edge projects using React.js and Node.js.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and maintain responsive web applications using React.js and Node.js.
  We are looking for 1-3 Years of experience.

• Implement user interfaces with a focus on usability and performance, ensuring seamless interaction between the front-end and back-end systems.

• Write clean, modular, and maintainable code while following best practices in software development.

• Participate in code reviews, providing constructive feedback, and maintaining code quality standards.

• Work closely with UI/UX designers to translate design mockups into functional components and features.

• Develop and maintain RESTful APIs and integrate them with front-end interfaces.

• Optimise applications for maximum speed and scalability, addressing both client-side and server-side performance considerations.

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues across the full application stack, from UI glitches to server-side errors.

• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in web development, bringing new ideas and technologies to the team.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).

• Strong proficiency in React.js and Node.js, with a proven track record of building complex web applications.

• Experience with front-end technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (ES6+).

• Familiarity with state management libraries like Redux, Next.js, and Flux.

• Knowledge of server-side programming and experience building RESTful APIs.

• Database experience, including both SQL and NoSQL databases (MongoDB, PostgreSQL).
  
  
  
  

• Solid understanding of version control systems (Git) and code collaboration workflows.

• Ability to write clean, efficient, and well-documented code.

• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot issues independently.

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

• Experience with build tools like Webpack and package managers like npm.

• Familiarity with testing frameworks such as Jest, Mocha, or Jasmine is a plus.

• Previous work on cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and containerization (Docker) is advantageous.
