Description:
We are seeking an enthusiastic
and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our growing
nutraceutical company. In this role, you will be responsible for making
outbound calls to potential clients, with the goal of generating high-quality
leads.Your main focus will be on cold calling healthcare professionals,
retailers, distributors, and end-users, building strong relationships, and
clearly communicating the health benefits and unique selling points of our
nutraceutical products. You will play a key role in expanding our customer base
and supporting our overall business development efforts.

Responsibilities:

Conduct outbound cold calls to prospective clients in the target
market.

Introduce our real estate services and offerings to potential
customers.
·
Qualify leads by gathering relevant information and assessing
their needs and preferences.
·
Build and maintain a database of potential clients and their
contact information.
·
Schedule appointments for real estate agents to meet with
qualified leads.
·
Follow up with leads via phone calls or emails to nurture
relationships and move them through the sales pipeline.
·
Achieve weekly and monthly targets for lead generation and
appointment setting.
·
Keep accurate records of interactions with clients and update the
CRM system accordingly.

Stay informed about market trends, real estate developments, and
competitor activities.
·
Collaborate with the sales team to optimize strategies for lead
generation and conversion.
Requirements:

Proven experience as a telecaller or similar role, preferably in
the real estate industry.
·
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
·
Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities.
·
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
·
Goal-oriented with a focus on achieving targets and deadlines.
·
Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office
applications.
·
Knowledge of real estate industry practices and terminology is a
plus.

High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in
