front-office operations. The role is vital in maintaining a smooth flow of
communication, documentation, and coordination across teams and departments.

Handle inquiry calls and provide accurate course
or admission-related information

Manage front-desk operations, including
guest/visitor handling and coordination

Maintain daily attendance records of students
and faculty
·
Ensure timely documentation and file management
of student records
·
Handle and respond to official emails and
inquiries
·
Maintain accurate logs and reports for
administrative and operational activities
·
Manage and support day-to-day center operations
efficiently
·
Ensure proper upkeep of records, registers, and
documentation files
·
Assist in scheduling and coordination of
internal meetings and events
