✅ Admin / Negotiator Responsibilities:

• Handle real estate deal closures and negotiations

• Coordinate property registrations and documentation

• Manage post-sales activities until property handover

• Handle office administration and vendor coordination

• Maintain office records and documentation

• Support hiring and recruitment activities

• Coordinate with buyers, sellers, tenants, and landlords

• Work with legal teams for document processing

• Ensure smooth operations and error-free documentation
