Job Title: HR Admin
Department: Human Resources
Location: Ramdaspeth, Nagpur
Experience: 1–3 Years
Qualification: Any Graduate / MBA HR preferred

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented HR Admin to support day-to-day HR and administrative operations. The role involves maintaining employee records, assisting in HR processes, and ensuring smooth office administration.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update employee records, files, and HR databases

  • Assist in recruitment activities such as interview scheduling and coordination

  • Handle joining formalities, documentation, and employee onboarding

  • Maintain attendance, leave records, and support payroll coordination

  • Prepare HR letters (offer, appointment, confirmation, warning, relieving, etc.)

  • Support HR policies, compliance, and internal audits

  • Coordinate employee engagement activities and training programs

  • Handle office administration tasks (vendor coordination, stationery, records)

  • Act as a point of contact for employee HR-related queries

  • Ensure confidentiality of HR data and documents

Key Skills Required

  • Basic knowledge of HR processes and labor laws

  • Good communication and coordination skills

  • Strong organizational and documentation skills

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Email)

  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines

  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
