We are looking for a detail-oriented HR Admin to support day-to-day HR and administrative operations. The role involves maintaining employee records, assisting in HR processes, and ensuring smooth office administration.
Maintain and update employee records, files, and HR databases
Assist in recruitment activities such as interview scheduling and coordination
Handle joining formalities, documentation, and employee onboarding
Maintain attendance, leave records, and support payroll coordination
Prepare HR letters (offer, appointment, confirmation, warning, relieving, etc.)
Support HR policies, compliance, and internal audits
Coordinate employee engagement activities and training programs
Handle office administration tasks (vendor coordination, stationery, records)
Act as a point of contact for employee HR-related queries
Ensure confidentiality of HR data and documents
Basic knowledge of HR processes and labor laws
Good communication and coordination skills
Strong organizational and documentation skills
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Email)
Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
