Job Summary

We are looking for a presentable and professional Receptionist to manage our front desk and handle day-to-day administrative tasks. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills in English, a pleasant personality, and familiarity with a corporate work environment.


Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome visitors in a professional manner
  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and front desk queries
  • Maintain visitor records and handle guest coordination
  • Schedule meetings and manage conference room bookings
  • Assist in administrative and office coordination tasks
  • Handle courier, mail, and office supplies management
  • Coordinate with internal teams for smooth office operations

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Graduate in any discipline
  • 1–3 years of experience as a receptionist/front desk executive
  • Fluent in spoken and written English
  • Presentable personality with a professional attitude
  • Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in a corporate office setup
