Stipend/Salary: Up to ₹25,000 per month
Role Overview:
We are looking for a proactive and energetic Tele sales to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a strong desire to guide students in making informed career decisions. This role involves extensive calling, counselling, and supporting the admissions or sales process.
Key Responsibilities:
Make 150–200 cold calls daily to prospective students.
Conduct student counselling to understand their educational needs and career goals.
Provide career guidance and recommend suitable courses or programs.
Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow-ups in the CRM system.
Achieve daily/weekly calling and conversion targets.
Assist the team in generating leads and driving admissions.
Build and maintain positive relationships with students and parents.
