Key Responsibilities
Tender Identification & Analysis
Regularly search, monitor, and identify relevant tenders from government and private portals (GeM, CPPP, State portals, private tender portals).
Review tender documents to check eligibility, scope of work, and commercial feasibility.
Prepare tender summary and present it to management for approval.
Bid Preparation & Submission
Prepare and compile technical bids and commercial bids as per tender requirements.
Coordinate with technical, finance, and sales teams for inputs related to scope, pricing, and documentation.
Fill BOQ, compliance sheets, and other tender
formats accurately.
Ensure timely submission of bids (online/offline).
Documentation & Compliance
Handle EMD, tender fees, and Bank Guarantee (BG) coordination with accounts and banks.
Track corrigendum, amendments, and updates related to tenders.
Coordination & Follow-Ups
Attend pre-bid meetings and raise queries when required.
Communicate with clients, authorities, and partners for clarifications.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Marketing, or related field.
1–3 years of experience in tendering / bidding.
Good knowledge of e-tendering portals and tender processes.
Strong documentation, drafting, and MS Office skills.
