Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute effective sales and marketing strategies for company products in international markets.
* Assist in setting annual sales targets and marketing plans for assigned regions.
* Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to support and increase export sales volume.
* Plan sales promotion activities and monitor, evaluate, and adjust marketing campaigns as needed.
* Identify business opportunities and implement strategies to drive business growth.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with major international customers.
* Establish, update, and manage a comprehensive sales and marketing database.
* Achieve predefined international sales goals within assigned timelines.
* Develop and strengthen key customer relationships to enhance long-term business partnerships.

* Excellent fluency in English, with the ability to communicate effectively via email and calls with international buyers.

* Minimum 1.5 years of experience in the textile industry (mandatory).
Additional Requirements:
* Comfortable with domestic travel for 4–5 days when required, along with team members.
* Minimum 3-year commitment.

Compensation & Work Details:
* Salary: ₹20,000 - ₹30,000 per month
* Office Hours: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM, Monday to Saturday
