We are looking for dynamic, result-oriented leaders from the Rajput community who can drive regional expansion, build strong networks, and lead the Rajput Rise mission in their respective areas.

👨‍💼 Position Types

1️⃣ Area Manager (City Level)

Locations: Jaipur, Jodhpur, Udaipur, Ajmer

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and manage Rajput Rise Chapters at city level

Connect with local Rajput business owners and professionals

Organize monthly networking events and business meets

Drive membership growth and onboarding

Coordinate with Chapter Heads and community members

2️⃣ Regional Manager (State Level)

Regions: Madhya Pradesh, Uttar Pradesh, Bihar, Delhi, Gujarat

Key Responsibilities:

Execute expansion strategy across multiple cities

Manage Area Managers and Chapter Heads

Plan and lead large-scale networking events and summits

Build business collaborations and partnerships

Achieve regional growth and membership targets

🚀 Core Responsibilities

Expand the Rajput Rise network within the Rajput community

Onboard business owners, professionals, and entrepreneurs

Organize networking events and community meets

Generate referrals and business opportunities

Strengthen Rajput Rise brand presence in the region

🎓 Eligibility Criteria

Candidate must belong to the Rajput community (Mandatory)

Strong communication and leadership skills

Interest in networking, business development, and community building

Prior experience in sales, event management, or leadership roles (preferred)

Self-driven and target-oriented mindset
