HR Executive

✅ About the Role:

We are seeking a proactive and organized Hiring Executive who can independently manage and streamline the recruitment and basic HR operations at Fzeetechz Pvt. Ltd. This role is ideal for someone who understands how software development companies function and can manage hiring pipelines, salary structuring, onboarding/offboarding, and HR coordination.

 

🔍 Responsibilities:

• End-to-end recruitment: screening, coordinating interviews, and final hiring

• Maintain candidate pipelines and follow up regularly

• Prepare and manage offer letters, contracts, and HR documents

• Assist in drafting salary structures and maintaining payroll records

• Track attendance, leaves, notice periods, and compliance with policies

• Coordinate onboarding, handovers, and exit formalities

• Work closely with the founder and technical teams for staffing needs

🧠 Key Skills Required:

• Understanding of hiring in IT/software development companies

• Familiarity with platforms like LinkedIn, Naukri, Internshala, etc.

• Basic knowledge of salary calculation, leaves, and notice policies

• Good communication, negotiation, and organizational skills

• MS Excel/Google Sheets, documentation, and follow-up discipline

🎓 Eligibility:

• BBA/MBA in HR (preferred) or any graduate with relevant skills

• Internship or 0–2 years of work experience in HR/recruitment
