Job description Key Responsibilities: Frontend Development: Build and maintain responsive, high-performance user interfaces using React.js and modern frontend tools. Design reusable UI components, ensuring the application is intuitive, scalable, and easy to maintain. Optimize application for speed and scalability across all devices and browsers. Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to define user flows and interactions. Backend Development: Develop backend services and APIs using Python (e.g., Flask, Django, FastAPI) to power web applications. Integrate AI models, particularly GPT models, into production-grade applications. Design, develop, and maintain databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB) and server-side logic. Implement authentication, authorization, and security protocols to ensure data privacy and protection. AI & GPT Integration: Work with data scientists and AI engineers to integrate GPT models into products and applications. Optimize and deploy large-scale AI models in production environments. Ensure seamless interaction between the AI model and the frontend for real-time responses. Collaboration & Leadership: Lead technical discussions and mentor junior developers on best practices, coding standards, and application architecture. Collaborate with product managers, UX/UI designers, and other engineers to deliver exceptional features and functionality. Participate in code reviews to ensure quality, scalability, and maintainability of the codebase. Testing & Quality Assurance: Write unit, integration, and end-to-end tests for frontend and backend code. Ensure proper documentation for both internal and external use of the application. Monitor performance and debug production issues. Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies. Drive process improvements and contribute to the adoption of new tools and techniques that increase productivity and application quality. Requirements Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack development, with a strong focus on React.js and Python. Experience in building scalable and maintainable web applications in a fast-paced environment. Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, web services, and microservice architecture. Frontend Skills: Strong expertise in React.js, including hooks, functional components, and state management libraries like Redux or Context API. Proficiency with modern JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design techniques. Familiarity with TypeScript is a plus. Backend Skills: Proficient in Python and frameworks such as Django, Flask, or FastAPI. Experience with integrating AI models, particularly GPT-based models, into web applications. Strong understanding of database design and management (SQL and NoSQL databases). Cloud & Deployment: Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and containerization tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes). Experience with CI/CD pipelines and deploying web applications to production. AI & GPT Knowledge: Prior experience working with GPT or similar large language models (LLMs) is a strong plus. Understanding of AI/ML concepts and how they can be applied in full-stack development. Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
