We are looking for a passionate and experienced Senior HR Recruiter to join our team. The role involves handling end-to-end recruitment, client coordination.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage end-to-end recruitment (sourcing to onboarding) across multiple industries.
2. Understand client requirements and deliver quality profiles within deadlines.
3. Use various channels (portals, LinkedIn, referrals) to source candidates.
4. Conduct screening, scheduling, and salary negotiations.
5. Maintain strong client and candidate relationships.
6. Guide and support junior recruiters in achieving hiring targets.
7. Prepare daily recruitment reports and trackers.

🔹 Requirements:
1. Proven experience in a recruitment consultancy or staffing firm.
2. Strong knowledge of job portals and sourcing techniques.
3. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
4. Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
