Job Description- Customer care executive
We are seeking customer-oriented individuals to join our team as Customer Service Representatives who will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, resolving their inquiries, and ensuring their satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
1. Handle incoming customer inquiries through various communication channels (phone, email, chat)
2. Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding their inquiries or concerns
3. Resolve customer complaints and escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments
4. Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy while interacting with customers
5. Document customer interactions and update relevant information in the database
6. Collaborate with team members to improve overall customer satisfaction
Requirements-
1. Should be 12th Pass/ UG or above.
2. Fluent Communication skills
