Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and self-motivated International Business Development Manager
to drive end-to-end sales in international markets, primarily focusing on the USA, UK, Canada,
and other global regions. This role requires working during night shifts to align with target
market time zones. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the complete sales lifecycle—from lead generation to deal closure—and will have a proven track record in international B2B
sales.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct proactive outbound prospecting through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other
platforms targeting USA, UK, Canada, and similar international markets.
• Handle the full sales cycle, including lead qualification, solution presentation, proposal
development, pricing, negotiation, and closing.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with international clients and key decision-makers.
• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and understand client
needs in different regions.
• Collaborate with marketing and pre-sales teams to tailor offerings to international
clients.
• Ensure all sales activities are documented in the CRM system with high accuracy.
• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor offerings, and international market
regulations.
