About Us

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior MERN Stack Developer who excels in both frontend and backend development. In addition to technical expertise, this role includes responsibilities for managing tasks and leading a development team. As a Senior MERN Stack Developer, you will play a key role in the planning, development, and deployment of our web applications while ensuring the efficient allocation of tasks and resources within your team.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to gather and understand project requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Lead the design and development of complex web applications using the MERN stack.
Mentor and guide junior developers, providing technical guidance and oversight.
Manage project timelines, allocate tasks effectively, and ensure successful project delivery.
Perform code reviews to maintain code quality and adherence to coding standards.
Debug and resolve technical issues and challenges.
Stay uptodate with emerging technologies and industry best practices.
Collaborate with the product management team to define and refine project priorities.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field
Proven experience 3 years in MERN stack development.
Strong proficiency in JavaScript, Node.js, React.js, and Express.js.
Experience with database systems, particularly MongoDB.
Previous experience in a leadership or task management role.
Excellent problemsolving and communication skills.
Strong understanding of software development best practices.
Familiarity with version control systems Git.
Experience with task and project management tools.
Knowledge of cloud platforms and deployment processes is a plus
