We are building a next-generation multi-vendor marketplace & local business listing app, where shops, restaurants, and service providers can register their businesses, offer discounts, and connect with local customers.
We are looking for a Field Sales & Marketing Manager who can lead vendor acquisition, marketing strategy, and brand promotion for the app.
Vendor Onboarding & Relationship Management
Identify, approach, and onboard local businesses (shops, restaurants, service providers) to register on the app.
Build strong relationships with vendors and ensure smooth onboarding.
Provide training and guidance to vendors about app usage, offers, and promotions.
Field Sales & Marketing
Plan and execute field campaigns to promote the app in local markets.
Create awareness among business owners and customers.
Negotiate and finalize agreements with vendors.
Marketing Strategy & Launch
Develop and implement strategies for app launch and ongoing marketing.
Coordinate with the digital marketing team for online campaigns.
Monitor competitor activities and suggest improvements.
Team & Reporting
Manage and guide field executives/part-time promoters if required.
Report weekly progress on vendor acquisition and marketing activities.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
0.6-1 years of experience in field sales, vendor acquisition, or marketing (preferably in e-commerce, FMCG, or startup environments).
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to work independently and manage on-ground operations.
Basic understanding of digital marketing is a plus.
Must be willing to travel locally for fieldwork.
