Role Overview

We are looking for an HR executive with hands-on experience in IT recruitment who can manage end-to-end hiring processes and HR operations efficiently. The ideal candidate should be proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

1. IT Recruitment and HR operations,

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for IT roles (developers, designers, QA, etc.)

• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other platforms

• Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews

• Coordinate with hiring managers for interview scheduling and feedback

2. Candidate Management

• Maintain a strong pipeline of IT candidates

• Ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the hiring process

• Follow up with candidates regarding interview status and offers

3. HR Operations Support

• Assist with onboarding and documentation

• Maintain candidate and employee records

• Support day-to-day HR activities as required

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in IT recruitment (mandatory)

• Good understanding of technical roles and skill sets

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work on multiple requirements simultaneously

• Immediate joiner (available within 2–5 days)
