SEO Intern

🔍 About the Internship Join Young Decade’s dynamic digital marketing team and gain hands-on experience in Search Engine Optimization (SEO). This 3-month internship will provide real-world exposure to on-page and off-page SEO, keyword research, content optimization, and performance tracking. Exceptional performers may receive a Pre-Placement Offer (PPO) for full-time roles. 

📌 Key Responsibilities – SEO Intern
● Keyword Research: Identify relevant keywords using SEO tools for content and campaigns
● On-Page SEO: Optimize website content, meta tags, headings, and internal linking
 ● Off-Page SEO: Build backlinks through outreach, submissions, and directory listings
 ● Content Optimization: Work with content teams to improve SEO-friendly blogs and web pages
 ● Performance Tracking: Monitor website performance using tools like Google Analytics and Search Console
● Competitor Analysis: Analyze competitors’ strategies to identify growth opportunities
● Team Collaboration: Coordinate with designers, developers, and marketers for SEO improvements 

✅ Who Can Apply?
● Final-year students or recent graduates (any stream)
 ● Basic understanding of SEO concepts (preferred but not mandatory)
● Familiarity with Google Search, keywords, and digital trends
 ● Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
 ● Good written and verbal communication skills
● Eagerness to learn and grow in digital marketing 

🕒 Work Schedule & Details
 ● Office Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM (Monday to Friday)
 ● Lunch Break: 1:15 PM – 2:00 PM
● Total Working Hours: 8 hrs 15 mins/day (excluding lunch)
● Weekends Off: Saturday & Sunday
