🔶 Role Overview

We are looking for a skilled SAP FICO Consultant with hands-on experience in S/4HANA Implementation, System Conversion (ECC → S/4HANA), and strong functional knowledge across core Finance and Controlling areas. The ideal candidate should possess deep understanding of business processes, FICO configuration, integration with other SAP modules, and strong knowledge of table-level structures.

🔶 Key Responsibilities

• Participate in end-to-end S/4HANA implementation and ECC to S/4HANA migration projects.

• Conduct requirement gathering, business process mapping, solution design, and documentation.

• Configure and support core FICO components:

o General Ledger (FI-GL)

o Accounts Payable (FI-AP)

o Accounts Receivable (FI-AR)

o Asset Accounting (FI-AA)

o Bank Accounting (FI-BL)

o Controlling (CO-CCA, CO-PCA, COPA, Product Costing)

• Support Master Data migration using tools like LTMC, LSMW, or Migration Cockpit.

• Work on Universal Journal (ACDOCA) and S/4HANA specific innovations.

• Perform functional testing, integration testing, and production support.

• Coordinate with cross-functional teams (SD, MM, PP, HR, PM) for module integration.

• Troubleshoot issues and prepare functional specifications for RICEFW objects.

• Validate and map SAP standard tables (e.g., BKPF, BSEG, BSIS, BSAS, ACDOCA, ANLA, ANLC, CO tables, etc.).

• Ensure project deliverables (BRD, FS, test cases, UAT results) are completed on time.

🔶 Required Skills & Expertise

• 3–4 years of strong experience in SAP FICO.

• Hands-on experience in at least one S/4HANA Greenfield or Brownfield migration project.

• Knowledge of FICO process flows, including Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash, Record-to-Report.

• Good understanding of integration points with SD, MM, PP, and HR.

• Strong grasp of SAP table structures, mapping, and data models (especially ACDOCA).

• Ability to prepare FS documents, test scripts, and deliver training.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Good communication and stakeholder management.

🔶 Good-to-Have Skills

• Exposure to SAP Activate methodology.

• Knowledge of Fiori Apps related to FICO.

• Basic understanding of CO-PA (Margin Analysis) in S/4HANA.

• Experience in GST, TDS, and statutory reporting.

🔶 Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, or related field.

• SAP FICO certification is an added advantage.
