Female Team Leader

We are looking for a dynamic and confident Female Team Leader to join our growing team in Ballabgarh, Faridabad. The ideal candidate should be capable of managing a team effectively while maintaining a positive work environment. You will be responsible for day-to-day team coordination, performance monitoring, and ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, monitor, and guide team members to achieve daily and monthly goals

• Maintain smooth team operations and workflow

• Communicate effectively with team members and management

• Coordinate and assign tasks to ensure productivity

• Provide support, training, and motivation to the team

• Prepare and maintain basic reports as required

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in team handling or relevant field

• Strong communication skills in English and Hindi

• Ability to manage tasks, resolve issues, and maintain team discipline

• Basic computer knowledge and reporting skills

• Educational background: B.Tech (CSE) or B.Com
